Fitness at 6am

In addition to academic work, we also had fitness trainers who came daily at 6am to workout with us. I worked up enough stamina through the program to join the running group toward the end and on the last Sunday, ran the 6km to the Dish with two friends. I got myself into great physical shape this summer... Hard to keep up though... Posted by Picasa
